first_imgWILMINGTON, MA — Wilmington Apple recently reviewed the voting histories of the nine Board of Selectmen candidates. The Wilmington Town Clerk’s Office provided this public information to Wilmington Apple upon request.Below are some key highlights regarding each candidate’s participation at the ANNUAL Town Elections and ANNUAL Town Meetings.A Brief Look At Annual Town ElectionsMark Maselli has never voted in an Annual Town Election. Maselli has been a resident for the past 16 years.Daniel Murphy has never voted in an Annual Town Election. Murphy previously ran for Selectmen in 2013, but didn’t bother voting for himself.Daryn Marsh has voted in 12 Annual Town Elections since 1997. He last voted in the 2015 Annual Town Election.Rob Fasulo has voted in 13 Annual Town Elections since 1996. He’s voted in 7 of the last 8 Annual Town Elections. Fasulo also voted from 1999-2002, 2005, and 2007.Suzanne Sullivan has voted in 14 Annual Town Elections since 1997.Jomarie O’Mahony has voted in 9 straight Annual Town Elections and 10 overall since moving to Wilmington in 2003.Greg Bendel has voted in 9 straight Annual Town Elections and 11 overall since he became eligible in 2004.Kevin MacDonald has only missed 3 Annual Town Elections since 1997.Kevin Caira has voted in every Annual Town Election since moving to Wilmington in 2004.A Brief Look At Annual Town MeetingMark Maselli has never attended Annual Town Meeting.Daniel Murphy has never attended Annual Town Meeting.Daryn Marsh has attended 2 Annual Town Meetings since 1997.Rob Fasulo has attended 2 Annual Town Meetings since 1996.Jomarie O’Mahony has attended 3 Annual Town Meeting since 2003.Suzanne Sullivan has attended 11 Annual Town Meetings since 1997.Greg Bendel has attended 10 straight Annual Town Meetings and 11 overall since 2004.Kevin MacDonald has only missed 5 Annual Town Meetings since 1997.Kevin Caira has missed only 3 Annual Town Meetings since 2004.Each candidate’s complete voting history can be found HERE. It appears the “election type” for some of the elections/town meetings are listed incorrectly in the voting histories.
